Study agriculture, food and the environment at the University of Pisa. Our International Relations Office can help you plan your exchange, choose courses and prepare your Learning Agreement, the document that sets out your agreed study or traineeship activities.
Before you arrive
- For study mobility, check that your home university has an active Erasmus+ agreement with our Department and ask it to nominate you. For a traineeship, contact us early to agree a supervisor, project and dates.
Nomination deadlines: ask erasmus@agr.unipi.it to confirm the deadline for your semester before your home university submits the nomination.
- Choose courses for the academic year and semester of your visit. Check the teaching language, entry requirements, timetable and assessment arrangements, then obtain approval of your Learning Agreement from both institutions.
Course information: University Course Catalogue • Semester in English
- Create your account in Alice. Follow the credential authentication instructions in the Erasmus Mobility Portal, then complete the incoming application and upload the documents requested. Departmental approval is required to complete your enrolment.

When you arrive
- Email the Department to confirm your arrival and arrange a meeting. Complete any remaining application or residence documentation required for your case.
- Once your application is approved, access your virtual student badge in Agenda Didattica using your Alice credentials.
During your stay and before departure
Have any changes to your Learning Agreement approved by both institutions. Before leaving, contact the Department about your attendance certificate and Transcript of Records, or traineeship confirmation, so your home university can recognise the activities completed.
